Twelve of the children aged 9-17, members of the Children’s Participation Program of Hope and homes for children – Bulgaria held their next advocacy session on 27.01.2019. The children through the Forum Theatre played out how to present the Children’s Program, what they do, how to develop and what new activities they can offer and realize together with their peers. The children talked about the importance of the family and the damages from the institutional care, as well as preparing to present and tell theirs position to the authorities concerned. Of course, the children also managed to visualize their thoughts and feelings in two wonderful posters, as well as to improve their skills in group work, presentation and positioning. During their work, the children enjoyed and debated why their role is important and how much they want to support children at risk and their families, and to hear their voice.
