In August, a computer and toys provided by Luxoft reached children at risk. Wooden cubes are one of the most fun toys and develop thinking in children at an early age. This type of gifts are one of the most desired and always cause smiles.
The computer will support the children in an emergency center in the Center for community support – Teteven. Center for community support – Teteven is the first complex of services for children and families, which we organized at the closure of Home for medical and social care for children in Teteven. The center also became a model for the process of deinstitutionalisation in Bulgaria. The building is used for social services in the 
community, the staff was trained and those interested were involved in the new services. Thirty-two children have found their families and are now students. In every society there are families in crisis and the role of the Center for community support – Teteven is to help with services in order to prevent the abandonment of children and their placement in institutions.
