Natalia Nikolova is the regional coordinator for Pleven district. She works daily in the field in a multicultural community, applying an individual approach to each family to provide support directed towards ensuring the best interests of the child – to be raised in a family environment. She participates in multidisciplinary teams to implement reintegration into a biological family, foster parent support and skills training.
In working with different families – consults, accompanies and helps families and their children. The overall work is towards parents increasing their capacity and children catching up in their development
Together with the CPDs works towards the reintegration of children placed in the Home for medical and social care for children – Pleven and its closure.
