\"\"<\/a>Today, Kaloyan and Maria are the centre of attention in the warm and happy home they share with their mum, their stepdad and their older brother and sister. But the twins spent the first five months of their lives in an orphanage, because social prejudice poor health meant their parents could not care for them alone. This work in Bulgaria has been made possible thanks to the support of THE VELUX FOUNDATIONS, Oak Foundation and Medicor Foundation.
