Milena Nedelcheva, regional coordinator Varna district

In February 2021 Milena took up the responsibility as a coordinator for the city of Varna, where one of the four remaining active Home for medical and social care for children in the country still operates. She participates in the assessments of the children in the baby establishment, assists in the removal of children from the institution to foster families and provides active family support to the families so that no children are abandoned.
